Dad abandons 7-year-old daughter to play video games
In Hong Kong, a father has been prosecuted for abandoning his 7-year-old daughter alone in a street while he went to play video games in an arcade. Chan Sing, 31, reportedly left the girl alone in the street for about an hour because staff at the arcade told him that children were not allowed inside, according to Earth Times and South China Morning Post.
